Meet Luke
Manual Osteopath and Holistic Performance Specialist
I practiced for nearly a decade as a Doctor of Chiropractic in the UK, running clinics in both Glasgow and London. After relocating to Midland, I chose not to register as a chiropractor in Canada, although I continue to hold my chiropractic degree (MChiro).

Driven by a constant desire to expand my knowledge and offer more effective tools in clinic, I pursued additional training in manual osteopathy. I earned my D.O.M.P. from the London College of Osteopathy and Health Sciences here in Canada.

Regardless of professional titles, my goal is to support your health in a truly holistic way. Each session takes into account your physical, mental, and emotional well-being.
My approach emphasizes education—offering you simple, practical habits and tools that empower you to maintain and build greater health and vitality over time.

Midland and the surrounding area are home to an excellent network of healthcare professionals. If I believe that a referral to a practitioner with a different focus would better serve your needs, I’ll make that recommendation without hesitation.

I look forward to working with you.

Why the Holistic Approach?
we will consider all aspects of health including

Musculoskeletal Health
Correct, pain free function of your muscles, joints and nervous system is vital for you to enjoy the fullest expression of life. A key part of your assessment is to ask questions of these systems. It's amazing how much they can improve with the right input.
Digestion
Gut health and digestion are key to maintaining health. The balance of your gut bacteria can have a huge impact on the cravings you experience, your ability to maintain energy throughout the day, your regulation of hormones and the inflammation in your body.
Cranial/Dental
Cranial balance and dental function impact tension from the skull, down through the neck and into the pelvis. The formation and function of your bite is an anchor to your structural stability. It is also a great indicator to your overall stress levels.
Mental/Emotional Wellbeing

Mental health is being spoken about more and more as we are starting to understand the decrease in mental clarity caused by an overstimulating modern world. Learning to cultivate and reclaim this clarity is very important. There is also more pressure being placed on us emotionally through uncertainty, again this needs to be understood and reclaimed. Mental and emotional health goes beyond just well-being. They are the foundation and the gatekeepers to our purpose.
Health Vision
While pain is a great motivator for change its is quickly forgotten once gone. Finding a tangible and meaningful reason is key to maintaining long lasting health. Everyone gets into bad habits from time to time but owning a vision of your health, created by you for you, makes it easier to correct.
Managing Stress
This is the foundation of great health. Managing the inevitable stresses that come with life through healthy mindset, healthy emotional expression, and many other techniques allow us to adapt. In a place of adaptation we are able to overcome these challenges. This is a cornerstone in creating a life where you can truly thrive.
Initial Consultation
On booking your initial consultation you will be asked to complete a detailed form on your health history. This information will be expanded on during the session as we further investigate your past injuries, challenges, habits, and practices regarding your health - while uncovering your future aims and goals. We will then go through a thorough physical exam to uncover the cause of your symptoms and, more importantly, the primary dysfunction within your system. We end this session with your first treatment.
Report of Findings
This is the follow-up session to the initial consultation. In this session, we will discover how your symptoms and function have changed after your first treatment. This feedback gives us the ability to plan a course of care that will create a foundation for your ultimate health goals. It will also allow me to refer you to the appropriate professional if I see that you would be better served with a different modality. I do not take on a client I can't fully support but will always make sure you find the person who can best support you, even if it's not me at this time.
Standard Appointment
When we have your care plan laid out, your follow on consultations simply follow that plan to get the desired results. While there is a protocol in place after the report of findings, we will make sure the body and systems are reviewed each session to best support the 'unwinding process' back to your fullest function. Often there are layers of compensations waiting to be uncovered on route to full health, this is all part of the process and supporting your body through them is all part of your care.
Insurance/Health Benefits
Payment is taken at the end of each session, and you will be provided with an invoice that you can submit for reimbursement. Please check with your benefits provider or insurer in advance to ensure they cover treatment under my professional registration.
